We are more than just a coaching firm. We are a catalyst for personal, organizational and whole-system evolution, deeply rooted in the profound philosophy of Ubuntu and Ubuntu Intelligence (UbuQ).
We are a collective of passionate individuals, dedicated to helping individuals and organizations navigate the complexities of life and work with grace and purpose. Our approach is grounded in the belief that every person possesses the innate potential to unlock their unique gifts and contribute meaningfully to the world.
We provide professional coaching and team coaching services, keynote speaking engagements, leadership skills development, onboarding support for executives and boards, and organizational culture change support. We operate globally and work with individuals, groups, and whole organizational systems both virtually and in-person.

At Afrika Coaching, we are known for pioneering the use of Ubuntu wisdom in professional coaching with carefully selected partners. We use different types of African wisdom including Ubuntu Intelligence and the Lekgotla process.

Meet Coach Dumi
The team at Afrika Coaching provides inspirational conversations (something we believe is more powerful than motivational talks) for youth and businesses around the world.
Our team is led by Dumi Magadlela PhD PCC, and a team of professional associates spread far and wide across the globe. Dr Magadlela can assemble virtual and in-person teams swiftly around any client assignment to deliver quality interventions and engagements everywhere.
Dr. Dumi is a Team Coach, Executive Coach, Coach Trainer, Capacity Building and Leadership Skills Development Practitioner.
He is a transformational leadership development skills facilitator; facilitating human engagement and connection within organizations; supporting team development both from within and from outside the business and working with all levels of leadership from the board, executives, management, and staff.
A researcher, writer, and promoter of entrepreneurship among Africa’s youth, Dr Dumi also nurtures and manages continuous learning for individual excellence and team effectiveness to achieve organisational results. He is also the Senior Faculty at The Coaching Centre (TCC) teaching Coaching in The African Context Module. He is a Part-time faculty at the University of Stellenbosch Business School on the MPhil in Management Coaching. Also supervising Masters and PhD students. Part of the management team in the DBSA’s Pan-African Capacity Building Programme (PACBP) which designs and delivers professional skills development courses across Africa.
